I'm Lynn Hazan Bush — mother of three, Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, and nervous system coach with nearly two decades in the wellness and fitness world.

I started as a personal trainer working with bodybuilders. Taught group fitness. Then spent seven years at Cisco in training and development — eventually leading the internal culture initiatives and designing the very wellness programs meant to support employees.

I was the person building the programs. And they still weren't working. Not because the people weren't trying — but because none of us, myself included, were addressing the nervous system.

I left Cisco to build my own businesses and raise my kids. I grew a platform with tens of thousands of followers, built something real from nothing, went through the fire publicly — and burned out anyway. Not because I wasn't resilient enough. Because I was running on a dysregulated nervous system and calling it strength.

That gap is what SHUVA was built to close. Not another program asking you to try harder. A return — to your body, your intuition, your knowing. As moms and women we've learned to listen to everyone except ourselves. This work is about coming back to that.
